Ordering

How do I place an order?

Browse our shop, select your preferred seafood and preparation style, choose your desired weight, and proceed to checkout. Orders can be placed directly on the website at any time.

What is the order cutoff time?

Orders placed before 9:00 PM are processed for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 9:00 PM will be scheduled for the following day.

Which areas of Karachi do you deliver to??

We currently deliver to DHA, Clifton, PECHS, KDA, and Navy Housing Society (NHS). We do not deliver outside these zones at this time.

What days do you deliver?

We deliver every day except Sunday.

Sourcing

Where is your seafood sourced from?

All our seafood is sourced directly from fishermen operating along the Sindh and Balochistan coastlines, depending on the species. We work directly with the fishing community at Karachi Fish Harbour to ensure every catch is fresh and traceable.

Is your seafood fresh or frozen?

All our seafood is 100% fresh and never frozen — with one exception. Our Norwegian Salmon is an imported product and is delivered frozen to preserve its quality during transit from Norway.

How is the seafood packaged for delivery?

All orders are packed with crushed ice or ice packs inside insulated thermopore boxes, maintaining a chilled temperature from our facility to your door.

Preparation

What preparation styles are available?

Each product on our website offers multiple preparation options, which can be selected during the ordering process. Available styles vary by species — for example, fish may be offered whole, cleaned, or filleted, while prawns may be offered shell-on, peeled, or deveined.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity varies by product depending on the species and its natural size. The minimum for most products is 1kg. Norwegian Salmon is sold per fillet, with each fillet weighing approximately 1.3 to 1.7 kg

Are all species available year-round?

Seafood availability is seasonal and depends on the natural catch cycle. Our product catalogue reflects what is currently available. If a specific species is out of season, it will not be listed in the shop.

Delivery

What currency are prices listed in?

All prices on PrimeCatch are listed and charged in US Dollars (USD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Direct Bank Transfer and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Are prices fixed?

Prices are fixed as displayed on the website. We reserve the right to update pricing from time to time, but the price shown at the time of your order will always be honoured.

Are delivery charges included in the product price?

No. Product prices are listed exclusive of delivery. The $5 delivery charge is added separately at checkout.

Are bulk discounts available?

We do not currently offer bulk discounts. For large institutional or corporate orders, please contact us directly via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

After Your Order

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. A confirmation email is sent automatically once your order is successfully placed.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality upon delivery?

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with the quality of any product upon delivery, we will arrange a return and replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us via WhatsApp immediately upon delivery.

Do you offer a subscription or repeat order service?

ot currently, but this is something we plan to introduce in the future.
